Terms and Conditions for Style Evolved LIVE, Books, Workbooks, and Media

1. Event Registration and Payment Policy

  • All payments for Style Evolved LIVE and other Ceceily Maraya and Company services, including books, workbooks, and media, are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend Style Evolved LIVE, your monetary investment can be applied as a credit toward other services or products offered by Ceceily Maraya and Company.

  • Any transfer of credits to another service must be requested in writing at least 30 days before the event date.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All books, workbooks, media, and event materials provided by Ceceily Maraya and Company are protected under copyright law. These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.

  • The event name “Style Evolved LIVE” and associated branding are trademarks of Ceceily Maraya and Company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3. Event Recordings and Photography

  • By purchasing a ticket and attending Style Evolved LIVE, you consent to being photographed or recorded during the event. Ceceily Maraya and Company reserves the right to use these photos and recordings for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, at the company’s discretion.

  • Attendees are not permitted to record or distribute any part of the event without prior written approval.

4. Liability Disclaimer

  • Ceceily Maraya and Company is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during the event, including but not limited to injuries sustained during childcare or playtime activities.

  • Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of their children while at the event. Ceceily Maraya and Company will take reasonable precautions but cannot be held liable for any incidents involving children.

  • Attendees assume all risks associated with participating in the event, including unforeseen complications or schedule changes on the event day.

5. Childcare Policy

  • Payment plans and tickets for Style Evolved LIVE do not include childcare services. Children aged 4-11 require a separate ticket for admission.

  • While childcare services may be provided, Ceceily Maraya and Company is not liable for any injuries or incidents that occur during supervised playtime. Parents or guardians must complete a liability waiver for their children prior to the event.

6. Force Majeure

  • Ceceily Maraya and Company is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or disruptions to the event caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or unforeseen venue complications. In such cases, Ceceily Maraya and Company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or provide credit toward future services.

7. Modification of Terms

  • Ceceily Maraya and Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as needed. Updates will be communicated via email or the official event website.
